I needed 6 6v batteries for my golf cart. Beware of this establishment because they are argumentative, irresponsible, and rude when faced with a customer that only wants his car put back to the condition it was when I brought it in. This dispute will be taken to the next level. After spending over 600.00 there I was appalled and upset at the way they treated me as a paying customer. The manager came out to talk to me and denied any responsibility and said they would not pay for the damages and said I couldn't prove it was done by their technician.
I then noticed my new key fob was not programmed correctly so returned to the store to have them fix it and give them the quote from the dealer. The dealer quoted over 200.00 just to look at it, not including any parts. They again said take it to the dealer for a repair and estimate.
I decided to wait until my key fob came in to complain again about my seat back. I stopped by later in the week to order a new key fob and have them check the seat back cover that covers the airbag and an employee looked at it denied any responsibility for the damage, told me to take it to the dealer. The battery is located under the passenger seat. I recently purchased a new battery for my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee when I drove it home I noticed the passenger seat back cover was no longer attached properly. I wish I could give -100 stars but not an option. There is a 11-day lead time due to not being in stock. T Mobile will replace my phone under warranty exchange. He doubled down and said it's not a 5G phone. Since I mentioned Colombia, he thought this Gringo bought the phone there. When I told him I have 4g in Colombia and 5G here in the states he said international phones show 5 and 4g when they don't have it. When I asked him what he did with it he denied every taking it out. He then comes back and tells me its not a 5G phone. The person that replaced the screen went and opened it back up. T Mobile sent me to the BatteriesPlus located at ******* S. They should at least give me 100.00 for the phone plus the battery refund. I think this is very unfair since my phone worked perfectly well when I had the battery replaced. They will give me a the refurbished phone which finally came in and refund for the battery. Today some one from the store called and said district manager agreed with store. I contacted the customer care home office 3 times and finally got a reply that the district manager would be in touch with me. I had to go out of town 2 separate weeks without my phone. I have been without a phone all this time and am very dissatisfied. They told me after I called them to check on the phone that it was sent to the wrong place. Therefore, they had to order a refurbished phone for me which I still have not received. I took the phone back and they told me they had to order parts to fix the microphone which they ordered but could not fix it. Got home and discovered the microphone did not work. Our friendly staff is here to answer all of your questions.I took my cell phone to Batteries Plus Garner NC store to get a new battery on June 17,2023 and they put a new battery in my iphone8 for $64.34.
