I worked in customer service. Indeed, I would not have taken time to write a review about that. The kids are trained to hit the wave pool first because they know it won't be operating later. Perhaps it is and perhaps it is a coincides that the maintenance happens to be every time we go and hour or so before closing. When asked management claims it is under maintenance. The mangers have told us that the wave pool runs every 15 minutes, yet it consistently stops an hour or so prior to closing. I have two issues, the wave pool and the lifeguards.
